Project Overview
This project involved designing a mobile companion app for MOOKH Africa, created specifically for event organizers and merchants. The goal was to deliver a focused, data-driven experience that allows organizers to instantly track event performance, ticket sales, check-ins, and revenue—right from their phones.
The app complements MOOKH’s existing desktop platform by offering a lightweight, fast, and easy-to-navigate mobile interface optimized for on-the-go decision-making. My role included refining flows, enhancing usability, conducting user interviews with organizers, and designing intuitive data dashboards tailored to real event workflows.
My Approach
I followed a product-thinking, user-centered approach grounded in understanding how event organizers operate before, during, and after events.
Through interviews, feature reviews, and mapping organizer workflows, I identified the most essential mobile-use scenarios: checking real-time sales, monitoring event performance, managing check-ins, and quickly accessing key metrics.
This research guided a streamlined design focused on clarity, speed, and immediate value. Using iterative prototyping, rapid feedback loops, and continuous refinement, I shaped an experience that transforms complex data into simple, actionable insights that help organizers make confident, informed decisions.
