Project Overview
This project involved redesigning the Chpter platform to create a more modern, scalable, and intuitive experience for businesses selling online across social commerce platforms. The goal was to streamline the end-to-end customer journey—from product discovery to checkout—while improving conversion rates and making store setup simpler for merchants.
The redesign focused on turning Chpter into a cleaner, faster, and more reliable tool that merchants can trust. My role included evaluating the existing experience, identifying friction points across the funnel, conducting competitive research, and designing a smoother interface that increases merchant confidence and buyer trust.
Our Approach
Followed a product-thinking, data-backed approach focused on understanding how merchants actually run their online sales operations.
Through UX audits, user interviews, and flow mapping, I uncovered the major pain points: confusing setup steps, scattered navigation, inconsistent visual hierarchy, and a checkout flow that caused drop-offs. We transformed these insights into a clear design strategy focused on simplicity, clarity, and measurable conversion improvements.
Using iterative prototyping, rapid feedback, and continuous alignment with stakeholders, I refined the experience to deliver a platform that feels modern, predictable, and easy to use—both for merchants and their customers.
